I believe I found a few methods of making money that meet all of these criteria 🙂 Actually, I have 5 lazy ways to make money online on my list, I will share them with you in this article. 2 of them do require some money investments, but they are totally passive and very lazy.

These 5 lazy ways to make money online are real and high-paying

You probably saw many videos on YouTube promising that you will be earning thousands of dollars by doing online surveys or simply watching ads on some web-sites. Very often they have “How to make 100 US dollars per day” or something like that in their title. The reality is that with those methods you will be able to make only a couple of dollars daily. And you will spend a lot of your time to make 200 or 300 dollars in a month. If that’s what you need at the moment – that’s totally fine. By the way, I myself have a few videos on my YouTube channel explaining how to make money online with these methods (very honest reviews though).

Basically, what these online platforms do, is they buy your work for cheap. You put a lot of work, but you get paid very little money. So, these methods are not the best lazy ways to make money online in my opinion, to say the least. That’s not what we want here…

What is really good about these methods, is that you can set them once, and then keep getting passive income while you sleep for years and years into the future.

The first lazy way to make money online is Creating and selling digital products. Let me explain why I think it is super lazy.

Some years ago, I had my own flooring company, we were producing and selling wooden floors. I remember one day I was at our factory. We have just completed one big order. It took us a lot of time and effort to complete it. The flooring we made was beautiful – best planks, beautiful finish. And now it was gone, sold. And I remember I thought: “How wonderful it would be to create a product once and then sell it multiple times”. That’s exactly what you can do with digital products.

If you have a specific knowledge and expertise on something, you can create an educational course or e-book and then keep selling it for years.

That’s why it is called passive income. Just like with any other passive income idea – you need to put some time or money upfront. And then it becomes totally passive and lazy – it keeps making you money for years and years without your active work.

You can use platforms like Teachable or Kajabi to create and sell your own digital products. These platforms are perfect for selling educational courses, e-books, templates or other digital downloads.

You probably heard many times about affiliate marketing – you promote some cheap products and earn a small commission of every sale. In order to make decent money you would need to have a huge traffic, like millions of views. That would make a perfect sense if you have a big audience. But what if you don’t?

Did you know that you can actually sell expensive products and earn as much as 50% commission?

There are platforms like Digistore24 and Clickbank, where you can choose the most profitable digital products created by other people, promote it and get 50% commission of every sale. The best is to choose the products that cost $500 us dollars or more. It means that you would get 250 dollars from each sale. And if you make 1 sale per day, it’s already more than 100 us dollars a day.

Here is what I suggest to do using this lazy way of making money online.

First, you create a list of 25 things you are naturally interested in. This is what you personally like to read, to watch, to discuss with your friends and just do for fun. After you create this list, please compare it to the list of the most profitable niches listed below:

• Investments
• Real Estate
• Health
• Technology
• Travelling

Now, please remove from your list anything that doesn’t match these profitable niches. You will probably have 3 or 4 niches left. This is where you will make the most money, because this is something you are naturally interested in. Probably your friends are interested in the same things too. So, it will be easier and more natural for you to promote these digital products and spread the message. (My goodness, this is probably the laziest way to make money online, really!)

The third lazy way to make money online is Passive income from selling products and services. This method can also be used offline. You probably think “how is this going to work?”. Let me explain. This method is very lazy, because you will actually hire other people to do the work for you. And you don’t have to invest your own money. You can use the money of your customers.

This is how it works:

• firstly, you decide which product you want to create or which services you want to sell
• secondly, you find people who can do the actual work for you
• thirdly, you find the customers and sell to them at the price which includes your profit
• fourthly, you hire people and pay them, keeping the profit to yourself

Let me give you an example:

• let’s say, you have the potential customers for video editing services, but you don’t want to do it yourself
• you know someone who can do this work for you and who charges 200 dollars per small project
• you sell to your clients and charge 300 dollars per project
• 200 dollars is what you pay to your friend, and 100 dollars is your profit

It’s not just a lazy way to make money online. This is actually how you build any scalable business. You hire people to do the work you would never be able to do on your own. By doing so, you can find more clients, complete more orders and create more products. Once you figure out how it works, it becomes quite passive and lazy.

Now, the other 2 lazy methods of making money online will require money investment. But again, once you invest, they become totally passive. You don’t need to manage anything directly whatsoever.

The lazy way to make money online number 4 is getting passive income with dividend stocks. There are number of stocks that pay dividends on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. This not only helps to overcome inflation, but also allows to live off the dividends, if you have enough money invested.

When you own dividend stocks, you become a partial owner of the company, and in return, the company shares some of its profits with you. These profits are called dividends.

The fifth on my list of 5 lazy ways to make money online is investing in Real Estate. It doesn’t mean you need to buy and manage property yourself. And you don’t need to have a lot of money to start. It works very similar to investing in dividend stocks. You can use crowdsourcing or invest in REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust). It allows to buy small shares in the property and get passive income from rental income, interest payments, or a share of the profits when the property is sold.

You can start investing in Real Estate even with the small amount of money. However, in order to get decent passive income, you would need to build a solid investment portfolio. And this is absolutely doable overtime, many other people already did. Yes, it takes time to do build the portfolio, but once it is built, you will not regret.
